Ieva Čepononė

ABOUT THE MENTOR
IEVA ČEPONONĖ is a strategic marketing expert with 20 years of experience in management and marketing strategy development in international and Lithuanian companies. She has gained her professional experience working in well-known companies in the country: she was the head of the marketing department of "BIOK Laboratory", the director of the image department of the "Maxima LT" supermarket chain, the director of the marketing department of "Eurovaistinė", and the director of the marketing department of the "Švyturio-Utenos beer" group of companies.
In 2016, Ieva Čepononė was awarded the title of the Best Marketing Manager of the Year in Lithuania at the annual awards organised by LiMA (Lithuanian Marketing Association) for her achievements at "Eurovaistinė".
From 2021 to 2023, she was the head of the private school "Forvardas", which uses a unique self-learning system.
Ieva is a researcher of new models of functioning in organisations. During her studies at the ISM Master in Management, she conducted a qualitative research analysis that reveals when and why companies choose to transform, what challenges they most often face and how they solve them.
Currently, Ieva Čeponė is facilitating organisations that have chosen the transformation path from a hierarchical to a lively organisation.
