Martynas Kandzeras
"I've always been attracted to turning ideas into reality: I like to create new ideas and to think about how to combine all the resources to make those ideas alive. I'm very interested in how people come up with an idea, how they're going to make it happen. When people talk about it, I try to get a sense of whether they are doing it "in their head" or whether their idea is coming "from the body", from deep down. Listening and participating, I feel that I am growing myself - both energetically and in terms of competences."
