"Around 13 years ago, I started an inner journey into myself. I took full responsibility for everything that happens to me and around me. Soon after, I invited my company to follow me on a journey of discovery. Together with my partners and my team, we have walked a beautiful path, making our own mistakes and discoveries. A whole new organisation was born. You could say we rewrote its code. There is so much lively knowledge and experience that I want to share with people who are at the beginning of that journey."

Rinardas is one of the first Lithuanian entrepreneurs-experimenters, who implement nontraditional methods of operation in their companies. The companies he founded in Lithuania operate according to the principles of lively systems. Here, people make their own decisions, there is no traditional boss-subordinate relationship, and they are characterised by a culture of openness, a strong field of mutual trust and cooperation.
Mentor has been consulting companies for 10 years and has been delivering trainings for business owners and managers according to his own author‘s programme.
