I. Tests to determine the mindset of a leader. These will be given to you to complete before the training.
II. The leader's personal identity and its structure. How does a leader act on his/her natural abilities, intelligence and inner knowing?
III. Interpretation of test results. Personal insights on the following key questions:
- revealing which dominant attitudes create internal conflicts and hinder smooth functioning;
- identify which stereotypes you need to let go of in order to achieve the desired results;
- understanding the defense mechanisms that block new opportunities;
- uncovering the unconscious motives that lead you to make dysfunctional choices for yourself;
- showing whether you are taking responsibility for your decisions and what untapped potential you have;
- showing how willing you are to change your attitudes and behavior in order to achieve self-realization and fulfillment.
IV. Practical part in the group. This involves learning to recognize dominant attitudes, stereotypes, and internal defense mechanisms in oneself and others. This practice develops the participant's "soft skills" and helps to understand the motivations of the members of the organization.
V. Interactive cinema practicum. The cinema practicum is based on movie excerpts analysis and self-analysis. This method allows you to see your life phenomena in a "compressed" time, raises questions and encourages you to look differently at your habits, limits, and possibilities. This changes the way we think and begins to shape a new way of being a leader.
